Your unique way of being
is your greatest contribution.
My Work
I am a strengths coach, multi-disciplinary artist, and community builder helping people recognize their unique way of being as their greatest contribution. I believe this is essential to making our world a place where all people can live fulfilling, abundant lives while contributing to the well-being of the collective.
Through my coaching, I help creators, entrepreneurs, polymaths, people in career transition, and young people live with greater alignment, fulfillment, possibility, abundance, and belonging. Through my art, I explore thresholds where we open to possibility and wonder.
I see all of this as part of my larger mission: to make our world feel as interconnected as it actually is.
My Story
I was raised with the idea that I could be anything I wanted to be. I was fortunate that my parents encouraged me to explore my wide-ranging interests. However, it took me years to realize that the “anything” was enclosed inside invisible boxes of what already existed.
I sampled career paths within music, teaching, app development, podcasting, writing, and college admissions consulting–all of which felt exciting, until I felt a nagging sense in my gut that by selecting one path at the exclusion of others, I was betraying an important part of myself.
The Limitations of “Anything”
Breaking Out of the Invisible Boxes
Receiving an ADHD diagnosis at age 33 sparked profound self-discovery. Studying the psychology and neuroscience of ADHD, taking strength assessments like CliftonStrengths and Core Values Index, and working with an ADHD coach opened me to a deeper understanding, compassion, and appreciation of the unique qualities of my brain and way of being in the world, and how to leverage them towards living a life of greater alignment. I realized that I was never meant to exist in any of these boxes, nor did I need to. I could create a life that exists outside of them, and this would enable me to offer my greatest contribution to the world.
A Bigger Picture
As our society accelerates the building of AI-driven infrastructures mediated by screens, our invisible boxes can feel even more “real.” The more enmeshed with our technology we become, the more fragmented, isolated, and disconnected we tend to feel. However, it does not need to be this way.
My coaching addresses this through an approach rooted in embodied connection, curiosity, care, reflection, and co-creation. This approach is grounded in the teachings of consciousness and interdependence that have existed for thousands of years across different spiritual traditions and the cutting-edge quantum physics and neuroscience discoveries that are verifying their accuracy.
I believe the source of our individuality is the source of our connection. By centering the unique dignity of each individual, supporting each other in being ourselves, and sharing our gifts, we will create greater fulfillment and abundance for all.

COACHING
I’m a strengths coach who helps creators, entrepreneurs, leaders, career transitioners, and young people who are tired of trying to fit into rigid boxes become unstuck and design lives made for them. Check out my coaching offerings.
As a coach, I bring an individualized approach rooted in empathy, listening, and empowered space-building that I’ve honed from a decade serving as a teacher, mentor, and college admissions consultant. I’ve supported hundreds of students in their educational and holistic development, and I’m passionate about helping young people recognize their unique strengths, develop self-awareness, and realize their potential.
NEURODIVERSITY
I’m neurodivergent and an ally to other neurodivergent people. Receiving an ADHD diagnosis at age 33 changed my life trajectory by fostering deeper self-understanding, compassion, and awareness of how I can apply my strengths to building a thriving life. I’m in the process of becoming an ICF-accredited Neurodiversity Coach.
LIFELONG LEARNER
I’m a lifelong learner committed to personal development. Modalities I’ve studied include astrology, Gene Keys, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Core Values Index, CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, Jungian Depth Psychology, Spiral Dynamics, masculine/feminine polarity, Kashmir Shaivism, Reiki, martial arts, and Qi Gong. I’ve maintained a daily meditation practice since age 19, rooted in a spiritual tradition from India. I bring the fruit of these explorations into how I help people develop greater self-awareness and achieve their goals, and into my creative projects.
CREATIVE EXPRESSION
My creative practice enables me to assimilate my experiences and learnings and share them with others. It fuels my spirit and is source of joy and self-discovery.
Music: I’m a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and composer. I grew up playing jazz piano. I’ve led indie rock bands, performed in synth pop duos and ambient solo projects, and scored films and plays. Listen here.
Writing: I’m a poet, essay writer, and lover of words. I published a collection of poems in Allegory Ridge magazine (2018) and am publishing The Tiny Dots in Our Eyes, my first poetry chapbook, in 2026. You can read my writings on my Substack.
Visual Art/Mixed Media: I draw, create digital collages and images, and have also collaborated on installation art, including “51D,” a project that explored the power of context, space, and minimalism in altering perception and presence. See here.
COMMUNITY BUILDING
I co-founded and lead Men Who Walk PGH, a monthly walk for men in Pittsburgh and a space for intentional connection–with ourselves, each other, and nature.
SPEAKING
I’m a practiced speaker and interviewer. During the pandemic, I interviewed 20+ individuals on their experience of “home” as part of a personal project. I’ve also interviewed 50+ individuals as a volunteer in the HR Department of an international non-profit meditation organization. I am an active member of Toastmasters International and also practice improv comedy.
